RETURNS POLICY – Goods that are purchased online are all fully returnable and have 14 days to contact me and get the ball rolling. However the product must come back to me in the original condition and untampered with (no modifications or changes to the electrics, no DE soldering or soldering work. Pickups must not be changed, worked on or altered in anyway and all parts and hardware such as pickup covers, tail pieces or bridges must remain intact and original to the guitar. The postage will be paid for by the buyer. This process must be started within 14 days, in this time i would expect you to at least notify me by phone and/or email. Upon returning the Items they must be fully tracked and insured as i have the right to reject liability for lost or for goods that come back to me damaged or tampered with and modified in anyway shape or form.
No returns policy for goods that have been purchased face to face on an appointment based sale.
FAULTY RETURNS – If you receive a product from me that is faulty or not in the condition described then you have 30 days to return it, this falls under the consumer right acts 2015 in which the customer has the right to reject their goods if it is faulty or not as described. In this case the customer does not need to pay the postage fees for returns.
Call or email me for a returns address. Upon me receiving the goods back payment for refund will be issued with 48 hours.

Personal infomation submitted by customers for purchases must be accurate or coolhandguitars reserves the right to void the returns policy.
