RETURNS POLICY  – Goods that are purchased online are fully returnable. However the product must come back to me in the original condition and untamperd with and the postage will be paid for by the buyer. This process must be started within 14 days, in this time i would expect you to at least notify me by phone and/or email. Upon returning the Items they must be fully tracked and insured as i have the right to reject liability for lost or goods that come back to me damaged.

No returns policy for goods that have been purchased face to face on an appointment based sale.

FAULTY RETURNS – If you recieve a product from me that is faulty or not in the condition described then you have 30 days to return it, this falls under the consumer right acts 2015 in which the customer has the right to reject their goods if it is faulty or not as described. In this case the customer does not need to pay the postage fees for returns.

Call or email me for a returns address. Upon me recieving the goods back payment for refund will be issued with 48 hours.
