1977 fender telecaster for sale – Ive turned the shipping options off for this item, this guitar is available for local pickup only. As its a 70s guitar i recommend in person viewing and payments can be made after the buyer is happy to proceed.   I do my research in to the history of a guitar before buying it but as its nearly 50 years old and vintage its best for the customer to come and view the item and try it see if its right for them. 

BODY – natural finish with light surface scratches to back, blemishes on edges and marks throughout.

NECK – Maple – straight neck, contains blemishes and dings. Fretboard – rosewood, wear to frets and original frets but still has playable life left. Wiring and electrics original and working, hardware – good

Pots original and dating to 1977, neck also dates 1977, serial sticker intact on reverse of plate. Original neck pickup which has been rewound and a kent armstrong bridge pickup, switch tip replaced. Finish appears ok and in good condition overall for its age.

Would get much better tone through a fender valve amp so to make it sing like that through a budget amplifier imagine how powerful and ferocious these pickups can sound plugged in at a gig through a fender valve amp
